What is MOMS Club: The MOMS Club (MOMS Offering Moms Support) is an International nonprofit organization just for you, the mother-at-home today. We offer a variety of activities for you and your children and we help you to feel good about your decison to stay home. There are currently over 1500 chapters across the country and over 75,000 members. |
Our Club: Our South Windsor chapter was founded in October 1998. We currently have 60+ members and over 80 children. Our goals include providing a forum of relevant topics to mothers, to engage in activities enriching the lives of our children, and performing service projects to benefit mothers and children. Our chapter is very open to new members. Although some of us have lived here for years and are experienced mothers, many of us are new to the area or new to motherhood. We all have one thing in common ~ the MOMS Club introduced us to other stay-at-home moms ~ the ones that soon became our friends. Join us for fun and friendship! |
Activity Groups: The MOMS Club sponsors activity groups for members with common interest. Our chapter is currently offering: Children's Playgroups, Mail Buddies, HOOTS (Husbands Out Of Town) and HOWLS (Husbands whO Work Late). We also have a Member Support Committee and a Mentor Program to offer assistance to our members as needed. |
Social and Business Meetings: All members are encouraged to attend our monthly meeting. This is a time when our members get together to discuss and vote on club business and chapter issues. Also, following 'club business' we often have a guest speaker and/or a craft for the children. Our monthly meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at 9:30 a.m. Come socialize with us! |
Affordable Due$: Annual dues are $25.00 and they pay for supplies, national dues, postage, and other miscellaneous expenses. |
Bring Your Children: We believe being a mother shouldn't isolate you, bring your children ~ we WELCOME them! You don't have to bring your child to attend, but if you do, please remember you are responsible of your child's safety and behavior. |

Calendar of Events: Each month we offer a variety of activities such as field trips to parks, museums, the mall, zoo, apple and pumpkin picking, picnics, crafts, Family Night Out, Mom's Night Out, Holiday & Seasonal Parties, plus various other activiites. NOTE: MOMS Club events are for MOMS Club members only. |
